This fairly short section of balustrade has obviously been redecorated and repaired. The top bead appears to have been replaced (phillips head screws in the top are the clue!). But it's a nice decorative piece and would look good in many situations. Both sides are decorated more or less identically. Approx 4'6"  x 3' but I will measure acurately and update.
